Schedule of Classes

If coming for the first time, please print and fill out the two forms below and bring them to your first class or session


Classes must be booked at least 8 hours in advance.


Circuit Challenge - This class uses a variety of equipment in a circuit format.  This class will work on strength, endurance and flexibility while the circuit aspect will also elevate heart rate.

Mixed Apparatus - Uses any combination of Reformer, Tower, Chair, TRX and small props. All levels welcome

Wake Up and Workout! - Any combination of Apparatus and small props designed to get your heart rate pumping while challenging core stability. 

Masterful Mixed Apparatus -  For the advanced student working on deepening understanding and mastery of the practice

Restorative Pilates - Uses any equipment to release tension, improve posture and stability.

Mat and Small Props - No large equipment.  Pilates exercises performed on the mat. May use small props including foam rollers, balls, magic circle or resistive bands.

Barre -  Pilates mat fused with elements of dance using the Ballet Barre, bands balls and magic circle.
