Nicole Lanvin, M.S. has been passionately immersed in the nutrition, fitness, and wellness industries for the past twenty-five years. She began her career as the hostess and co-producer of the vegetarian cooking show, “Cooking, Naturally”. She later worked at the Pritikin Longevity Center as an Exercise Physiologist. She has a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA, has done graduate work in Exercise Science and Health Promotion at Florida Atlantic University, and has a Master of Science degree in Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health. Nicole has been a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor for twenty years and is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine. She also holds certifications in Yoga, Pilates, and Health Coaching. Nationally she leads workshops based on her book, "Think, Act, Be Fit and Thin: Roadmap to the Body You Deserve".
