What should I wear?

We recommend that you wear whatever is most comfortable for you; but it is helpful for us if you wear more fitted clothing. This allows us to be able to see your body while you are in a Pilates class so that we can make proper alignment changes for you. Also, grip socks are helpful to prevent slipping.

 

Do I need to bring anything?

For Pilates classes, we do recommend that you bring grip socks, a hair tie and a water bottle. We provide fresh water stations. Also, please remove jewelry to limit catching on equipment.

For Cycling classes, we recommend you bring clip-in cycles shoes if you have them, a water bottle and a heart rate monitor. We do provide towels and a water station.

 

How often should I practice Pilates?

Pilates is a low impact form of exercise that can be practiced daily. To see results quickly we recommend 3-4 times per week. But life does not always allow that so twice per week with other exercises at home is recommended.

 

What if I need to cancel last minute?

We understand that life can be crazy sometimes and that you might have to cancel. We do have an 8 hour cancellation policy- but with certain circumstances if you reach out to your instructor we can sometimes open the class spot to another client. If your spot can be filled that would result in no charge for you.
